It's been a terrible experience since I bought it. I've been saying they overcharged me, but nobody has listened or cared. It's very disappointing; I haven't even used it because I already regret the purchase. The dealership has turned into a huge disappointment. I've bought many vehicles from their dealerships and never had such a bad experience as this one. I even bought the same model of vehicle that I still have and am using. They should take more drastic measures and make those responsible pay. Their greed is being paid for by the customers, which shouldn't be the case. I only ask that they honor what they offered me, not what they want to charge me more money. Fulfill the agreement as it was from the beginning. That's all I ask. And whoever reads this, I hope it's the owner because the employees are terrible thieves. More

I want to be straightforward about my experience. I feel I was taken advantage of by both the salesperson and the sales manager. I was told the vehicle price could not be negotiated from the online p I feel I was taken advantage of by both the salesperson and the sales manager. I was told the vehicle price could not be negotiated from the online price because it was already the lowest price available. But once I arrived, additional fees were added on top of that price and presented as “perks” or added items. Posting one price online and then adding hidden fees after the customer arrives is misleading and, in my opinion, wrongful. It feels like a bait and switch, and it is not how I expect a reputable dealership to do business. The weather mats are just one example of the overall experience. I was charged for items I was told were included, and I did not receive everything that was represented during the sale. When I followed up, I was told it would be checked on, and I never received a response. At this point, I do not trust the dealership or the way the deal was handled. You earned my business this one time, but I will not be coming back for future purchases. I will be needing two more vehicles soon for my teenagers, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

When I asked Mr. Durman the price of the car he told me 18,500. Turns out this was the amount I was financing. If I had known the car cost 24,500, I would have never Durman the price of the car he told me 18,500. Turns out this was the amount I was financing. If I had known the car cost 24,500, I would have never signed. No one ever disclosed the price of the car to me. I was only ever told 18,500 as the price. Verbally the price was different from the paper I signed. When I asked Mr Durman to explain each paper I was signing he did so, but quickly skipped over the bill of sale, stating the price was 18,500. When I said “oh so I am financing 12,500” he did not correct me. It is horrible to do that to a 19 year old first time car buyer. More
