Best car buying experience in my life. Truth be told, I do not like buying cars. Often people are pushy, there is pressure to buy "today, it may not be here tomorrrow," and I am bombarded w Truth be told, I do not like buying cars. Often people are pushy, there is pressure to buy "today, it may not be here tomorrrow," and I am bombarded with things I don't need. They try and guilt you into every single add on possible and generally I just want to get it all over and done with as soon as possible. I live in Alaska and and after extensive searching, no one in the state had the car that I wanted. I found the car on Diehl's website and at first I was leery about working with someone remotely. Working with Jack Barton was the first time that I had a pleasant car buying experience. There wasn't any pushing, a true no pressure environment. He informed me of all of my options and at the same time I feel like I wasn't being sold something I didn't want or need. Jack was very responsive to all of my calls and emails. The process was quick, painless, and now I have the car of my dreams. None of this could have been possible without Jack and I look forward to future business with Diehl Ford. More

I was greeted warmly and respectfully. The car I was interested in (and earlier examined on the website) was in the showroom. Upon return, I was again treated with a great deal of respect and consideration as the financing process was completed. All-in-all, I was able to leave the dealership in a new car with all details completed and ready. Jack Barton is personable and friendly, and he made me feel as if I were important and needed.
