Zach has the three qualities essential to an outstanding prof This is my fourth new car purchase from Zach Glutz of Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. Zach has the three qualities essential to an outstanding professional sales representative -- technical knowledge, people skills, and business savvy. I spoke to Zach about ordering a 2016 C450 when reports of the new model first appeared in the enthusiast press in Fall 2014. Zach and I worked together to specify options in May and changed them twice as new info from M-B became available. My new car arrived as promised the week of September 21, was promptly prepped, and was delivered September 24. Everything about the purchase was first rate -- ordering, price, delivery, and follow-up. I've had my cars serviced by M-B of Cincinnati for fifteen years. During that time, the service department has consistently improved, going from very good to outstanding. My service rep, Justin Kraus, always delivers on his promises. Service and repairs are done right the first time, the car is ready when promised and is freshly washed and vacuumed. More than once, Justin has taken care of service needs faster than I thought possible. This dealership has top performers in every corner of its operation whose mission is to make your ownership experience second-to-none. More

Early Friday morning buy Jim Rutter sales guy was fantastic. He was honest, polite and answered all of my questions. The only negative was the management. Jack Hoffman barely ackmloedged me and the sales manager spent most of his time pacing in front of the glass office. They sent me a generic email about my experience and I suggested that they should at least meet the customers who bought a car. Jack went on to say that he is too busy managing a sales staff of 12 but at 10a on Friday morning I was the only one in the dealership. no reply from the management?????? More

This dealership achieves the standard associated with the Mercedes brand and image. Everyone you come into contact with is friendly, helpful and interested in serving their customers needs. This latest acquisition in December was easy and my sales rep., Thad Marck, was outstanding! He explained all the new technology our 2015 ML-350. It's always amazing to see how many new improvements and safety applications the new generation models have to offer. it's helpful to have someone who knows his product and all of its features.Thanks again Mercedes...Daryl S. Mercedes C400 Purchase When news of the upcoming new Mercedes C-class appeared in the press in January 2014, I spoke with Zach Glutz of Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and asked When news of the upcoming new Mercedes C-class appeared in the press in January 2014, I spoke with Zach Glutz of Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and asked him to put my name on the list of pre-orders. We specified the options in May or June with the benefit of Zach's thorough knowledge. Zach continued to follow-up during the summer to make sure that the car would be built as ordered, using his contacts at MBUSA to clarify issues. The new C400 arrived at the beginning of September and I took delivery on September 9. Financially, the deal was very fair and I received a good trade-in allowance for my 2008 BMW. Zach introduced the car very well to me at delivery and small issues with the car have been promptly taken care of. I am delighted with the C400 and with the purchase experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and the people there continue to impress me with their commitment to make the MB ownership experience second-to-none. More
