25,000 Mile Check I purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla from Toyota Town of Stockton. I was due for for 25,000 mile check up. I was greeted by polite and courteous staff. I purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla from Toyota Town of Stockton. I was due for for 25,000 mile check up. I was greeted by polite and courteous staff. I had no appointment and was told it would take about 2 hours, which is about what it took. Happy with their service and would recommend them. More

Excellent service representatives! Had an issue regarding scheduling for service...called again and talked to Jackie (service rep.) she scheduled me right away, was friendly, polite and Had an issue regarding scheduling for service...called again and talked to Jackie (service rep.) she scheduled me right away, was friendly, polite and courteous. When I met her on the day of service she was very professional, courteous, polite, accommodating... when asked if I could speak to a manager regarding the issue I had with that other service representative who was discriminatory, she personally took me to the manager's office, had introduced me to the manager, gave a brief scenario regarding my issue then politely excused herself to give me and the manager privacy. I also thank the manager (my apology for not remembering his name) who took the time to listen and called Jackie back to tell her that she would be my contact every time I had to schedule for service; her business card with direct number was provided to me for future scheduling. I highly recommend both Jackie Torres and her manager for excellent service and professionalism...without you, Toyota Town of Stockton in Hammer Lane would have lost a valued customer. More

Outstanding service at Toyota Town in Stockton I have been a customer of Stockton Toyota Town for over 20 years. I have bought two cars from them and I have had all my cars serviced with them. Thei I have been a customer of Stockton Toyota Town for over 20 years. I have bought two cars from them and I have had all my cars serviced with them. Their customer service is the best!! They are always polite, respectful, prompt, courteous and they do a great job servicing the cars and making you feel at home. I couldn’t be happier with them. More

Great service! Had my Venza in for regular service (oil, etc.). They gave me a ride home, and picked me up. The car was done quickly. Sales Experience Sales crew were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. The only potentially negative issue would be that I was promised a tank of Sales crew were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. The only potentially negative issue would be that I was promised a tank of gas from the service dept. but I believe they just forgot and I live an hour + from the dealership, so it really wasn't a big deal. Again, Enrique was never pushy, always friendly and was there for us even after the sale. If I buy another Toyota, I will definitely look up Enrique! By the way, we love our FJ! More
