UPDATE ON MY SUV I PURCHASED FROM DAN CUMMINS…. So i made a review 3months after purchasing a CHEVY EQUINOX from Dan Cummins! Here it is 5 months in and my SUV still does not Run. The only thing Da So i made a review 3months after purchasing a CHEVY EQUINOX from Dan Cummins! Here it is 5 months in and my SUV still does not Run. The only thing Dan Cummins offered me was money back on 1 of my car payments. Thats it!!! This was my first time ever going to A Car Lot to purchase a Vehicle and this has bee the WORSE mistake ever choosing Dan Cummins! Here it is 5 months in and i still have no running vehicle and STILL have to make payments on a SUV that has been at the mechanic shop for months because they Honestly dont know whats wrong with the SUV. Dan cummins has done nothing to help! They just wanna make sure im still making my payments on it. PLEASE if you choose them check your vehicles FULLY out! Get a Warranty all that… because they do sale cars that Need MAJOR WORK! Ive only had this Equinox for 5months and it has been in the shop for a total of 3! The other 2 months parked because it constantly cut off… DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Do your research on the car before you purchase with them!!! Cause once its yours they could care less… More

DO NOT SHOP WITH DAN CUMMINS! !!! i do not care how many good reviews look at the bad reviews and understand that they do sale LEMONS! i bought a car from them the end of Nov. Only 2 days later i was driving home from work the car started jerking and running funny and then just cut off i had to wait on the side of the road for 30mins cut it back on and made it home. I called JACOB is my saleman to let him know what was going on with the vehicle all he could tell me was he didn't know of any issues like that and that the car is basically mines now. After my bf called him he called me back with a different attitude. So decided to take to shop and get what they thought was wrong fixed... so here we are Jan and The Car Doesn't work at all. I was driving it started doing the same thing. Jerking cutting off so i pulled it into a shop for them to tell me TAKE THE CAR BACK its something with the motor. So i call dan cummins they say yes we can trade it in bring back... so next day i get it to them and sat there literally ALL DAY for them to not be able todo ANYTHING for me and just trying to finesse me into a newer car Higher payments but still pay for the car I purchased that is broke down. So here i am today... with a car I purchased literally aMONTH ago that does not run! And all Dan Cummins is trying todo is make me still lay for the car. DO NOT SHOP. I thought they were a good business and i just can't believe how they did me. I have 3 kids and single parent i spent my last on a LEMON at dan cummins!!!!!! Avoid them!!!!! More

I bought a used 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for them on October 7,2022. It was “as is” but was told over and over there no lights showing anything wrong. On October 10th on my way to work the check engine October 7,2022. It was “as is” but was told over and over there no lights showing anything wrong. On October 10th on my way to work the check engine light and low tire light came on. I called and spoke to Jacob. He told me they take used vehicles into their shop and only check major stuff but don’t check the problem with check engine light. I took it to a Autocare here in Nicholasville and they ran codes on it. Turned out it at five codes on it. Now I’m out $370 for repairs that should have been fixed. I was also told the catalytic converter needs replace which is another $1700 for parts and labor. When I called Dan Cummins in Paris and spoke to Jacob, he kept reminding me it was “as is” and the lights were not on. I personally feel the lights were on and their techs turned them off knowing they would come back on.after being driven a certain amount of miles. But they sold it and it was not their problem anymore. I am very sorry I went there and will not make that mistake again. I can’t believe Mr. Cummins would bring used vehicles on his lot know people come there to buy new and dependable used vehicles without checking them and making them right before sale. They can tell me whatever they want but lights were on and they knew it and turned them off. I went there thinking of the great things they done for people but most of it xx. They’ve done nothing to make this right, but money, greed and sales is all that matters to them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General Office if Consumer Affairs. That being said I will not and would never recommend buying xxxx from them! More
