I had an appointment with a salesman at this dealership. He was late. Due to my pressing schedule, I told the receptionist I could only wait 5 minutes. Up meanders Jacob to the receptionist. He states, "Tell 'so-and-so' some *expletive* is here to see him." Dont know if that was directed at me or not. Nor does it matter. Is this the way your manager speaks about customers? Utter lack of basic respect and professionalism. That instantly convinced me to purchase my fleet vehicles elsewhere. I would not recommend ever working with this man. His behavior is wildly inappropriate. More

Howard and Lonnie and the finance manager were professional and courteous. I do have an observation…I was talking with the detailer Dougie when Mr. Ewald came by and talked to him for 15 minutes. professional and courteous.
