Howard and Lonnie and the finance manager were professional and courteous. I do have an observation…I was talking with the detailer Dougie when Mr. Ewald came by and talked to him for 15 minutes. professional and courteous. Mr. Ewald never said one word to me about my purchase from his dealership…this is my third vehicle from Ewald. Very poor taste but a reality of today’s society. Leadership starts at the top…maybe not so much at this dealership. More
