This was my first time using a non dealership leasing company and I will never go back to that process. D&M leasing made this process a whole lot easier! Jacob, my consultant, was extremely helpful in w company and I will never go back to that process. D&M leasing made this process a whole lot easier! Jacob, my consultant, was extremely helpful in walking me through the process of a new lease and I so very much enjoyed our morning math lessons! (Meaning he thoroughly explained the lease process from residual percentages and time in lease and a whole lot of other things, and I took dubious notes!). Jacob really took the time to get me more comfortable with the process, something my prior dealership leases had not done. He was open and honest and always explained why the numbers were what they were. And he is the ONLY person who offered any advice as to how to end my previous lease. I will be a customer for life as I appreciate it when people help you when they really don’t have to. I love my new car. It’s exactly what I wanted and Jacob worked tirelessly to find me the perfect one - right color, right options, right price! More
