His exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I arrived, Jacob was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He coordinated a local drop off/pick up with Joey (who was amazing) the shuttle driver while my car was being fixed. The service was completed promptly, and Jacob kept me informed throughout. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done efficiently. I have a VW dealership closer to my home, it’s worth driving the extra mile for the service I received at Napleton’s in Sanford! -Erica More

Jacob was amazing, he listened to our concerns and was able to fully address all of them. With his upbeat attitude and knowledge of our car, he was able to get everything done in a time frame that fit our able to fully address all of them. With his upbeat attitude and knowledge of our car, he was able to get everything done in a time frame that fit our busy travel schedule. As always it is the customer service with Volkswagen that brings us back to Volkswagen when purchasing a new car. More
