Super easy to work with I had posted my car on KBB for sale and was contacted within minutes by Jacob. We set up a time to meet the same day so I took my car in. After a quick walk around, they drove the vehicle around the building and came back with a number. We negotiated the number until we were both happy and the deal was done. They dealt with the bank and took care of all of the paperwork and phone calls. I could not have asked for better service. He was waiting for me when I arrived and greeted me at the door. They gave me top dollar for my Trade-in and a great deal on the used car that I bought. When I left I couldn’t be more happy. Two days later, I had an issue with the used car. Everyone at Ben Davis went above and beyond to make it right. Nathan, one of the sales managers, sent someone to pick up my car and then gave me a car to drive. The lost trust was immediately gained back after speaking with him. They fixed the issue and had my car back within two days. Everyone that I spoke to was more than helpful and so friendly. I will be a lifetime customer. More
