Meh service I brought my car and and was told it would take an hour, it took almost 2 hours. I told them my Tire pressure monitor was on for the rear driver side I brought my car and and was told it would take an hour, it took almost 2 hours. I told them my Tire pressure monitor was on for the rear driver side tire. They told me they would check them all and add air if necessary. At the end of the service before I got in the vehicle, I went over the paperwork with one of the services sales people it says the TPM light was on. I got in the car and I was driving off, the service indicator was not reset. I hit OK while I was driving and then saw the tire pressure light still on. I looked at the dash for what it was reading and all tires were 32 psi except the one I said was an issue and it reads 27psi. Maybe my expectations are wrong but I was expecting the tire to be filled so that indicator would be off. I also felt rushed out of there by the manager. I was speaking with the service guy and the manager came in and was apologizing for it taking so long. I said the service guy was actually doing a good job answering my questions and looking information up for me on my tires. I’m not impressed with the service department as a whole. I did really like the one guy that was helping me figure out the information I was looking for. More
