And Scott Baker in finance made the loan process a piece of cake. We got the car we wanted at a very reasonable price with excellent financing and with no hassle. Can't beat that! More

"Red Carpet Treatment = Purchase Of 2 Cars In Same Weekend" Initially, all my car shopping was meant to be was helping my daughter find a car to replace her wrecked one. Lou Sobh Honda was our second car dea Initially, all my car shopping was meant to be was helping my daughter find a car to replace her wrecked one. Lou Sobh Honda was our second car dealership to visit. Let's just say the first dealership did not work out. I have bought my share of cars in the past, but never have I had the "Red Carpet" rolled out to me & my daughter in such a way as Jacob and David did. I know it's their jobs, but they both went out of their ways to work with her. Let's not forget Dave Owen(Finance Manager). Because of the work of all three, my daughter now drives a 2011 Honda Insight. That as day 1, a Saturday two weeks ago. (NOW FOR DAY 2) To make a long story short, my wife and I talked it over and since our car(although running like a top) was 11 years old we went back the very next day(Sunday) and traded for a 2015 Honda Fit. Therefore, if you would like to have a good car shopping experience, go to Lou Sobh Honda. More

Excellent Service!!! Comfortable Buying Experience. My wife and I were not sure what we wanted in a new car. But working with Nick and Jacob we were able to focus on a Honda that would meet our needs a My wife and I were not sure what we wanted in a new car. But working with Nick and Jacob we were able to focus on a Honda that would meet our needs at an acceptable price. Both Jacob and Nick were great and very professional in their selling approach. We were comfortable. And finally, the financial aspect of the sale was handled extemely wel by Dave. We will definitely recommend Lou Sobh Honda in general and Nick and Jacob in particular to our neighbors and friends. More

But its totally opposite when I had discussion with Jacob at Lou Sobh Honda, he was very much kind and full of professionalism respect to customers. He knows how to talk with customers and can very well identify their needs to provide accurate service. I can say you can get fair price deal for your car at Lou Sobh Honda. No fake skims or promise and no extra charges of unnecessary accessories. I will give 10 out 10 marks to Jacob and Lou Sobh Honda. More

We had visited a non Costco dealer who had provided a very competitive price but didn't have the color we wanted. This dealer dropped the price to stay competitive and had the vehicle we wanted. No hidden fees and very patient with our questions. The dealership building is clean, comfortable and spacious. Our salesperson, Jacob Lawson was excellent. More

Best salesman I've ever had to work with. I found the car online, talked to Mr. Lawson he was very friendly and willing to negotiate. He got me a great deal. Went into the dealership was greeted by Jacob, took it for a test drive and unlike the majority of salesman I've encountered he allowed me to experience the car with minimal input (most will constantly tell you why to buy he showed me the features and left the rest up to me). I really enjoyed my experience he did not pressure me in any way. I recommend both this dealership and this salesman. More
