My wife and I have had numerous experiences with new car deliveries with Mercedes, KIA, Chrysler and Nissan, but without any hesitation we can say, Jacob was the most personable, knowledgeable, professional deliveries with Mercedes, KIA, Chrysler and Nissan, but without any hesitation we can say, Jacob was the most personable, knowledgeable, professional and was a very attentive representative for Casey KIA. Jacob's attention to detail made our 4 and half hour process run smoothly and answered all questions to our full satisfaction. We would like to point out that James (finance department) was detailed in his explanations regarding all contracts and warranties provided by or offered by KIA. I was looking for specifically a Forte GT with the GT2 package in NJ however it was impossible with the shortage of new vehicles for sale with Kia mass producing the GT-Line compared to the GT model. I tried to work with many dealerships ranging from New Jersey all the way down to Virginia. As a previous automotive industry employee I dreaded going through the process knowing the ins & outs of how the sales process can work. Out of 7 dealerships Casey Kia was the ONLY dealership that would take me seriously with not trying to charge me a 5k markup and the situation with of my trade in having negative equity. I was coming from 5+ hours away. AJ, Sam, Jacobo, and James made me feel like I was back in my sales family. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that’s upfront, honest, and actually cares about the customer to put the work that other dealerships were too lazy to do. I couldn’t be happier and would drive the 5 hours all over again just to deal with them More
