Naturally, anybody could tell he was green, but I think he has potential, once he gets past the urge to go “by the book.” Your training is probably too effective and being taken to heart. Seriously, though; it would have been nice if someone, anyone, had known that low profile tires have irregular tension and won’t produce as pleasant a drive as traditional radials. It might have saved me a return trip of nearly two hours each way and long hours of sitting around a COVID laden waiting room. Jacob has been persistent and thorough in making sure I’m satisfied. He gets the blue ribbon. More

After two bad experiences in the last couple weeks with dealerships, we were so pleased to finally have a positive experience. We walked away from the other two thinking that maybe we didn’t want another dealerships, we were so pleased to finally have a positive experience. We walked away from the other two thinking that maybe we didn’t want another vehicle after all Jacob changed that attitude that we had. Jacob was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to the point where we were OUT IF THERE. The dealership was honest with us in that when I called they still had a vehicle I was interested in, instead of luring us down and then finding out there wasn’t something after all thinking we could buy something else. THANK YOU JACOB!!! You are the best! More
