Saw a car I was interested in on their website and was able to schedule a test drive with Jacob. The dealer is a bit far from home so they were sure to schedule everything. Great experience. We drove in from Kentucky to purchase our van. The agreed to price over the phone remained the same when we arrived. I was given a price and when I arrived the dealer did not honor the price they provided me even though I had the documented quote. The dealer said the manufacturer eliminated their incentive and had to raise honor the price they provided me even though I had the documented quote.
