I thought we were done with "market adjustments. " Pricing on an Ioniq 5 Disney Edition conveniently omitted the $6,995 "market adjustment." I really am not concerned that it is one of 850 built; a " Pricing on an Ioniq 5 Disney Edition conveniently omitted the $6,995 "market adjustment." I really am not concerned that it is one of 850 built; another Hyundai dealer tried this on me during COVID and it wouldn't fly then - and it will not fly now..........buyer beware! Not sure I will give this dealer my business. Jacob was a good salesman - I know he is just telling me what his manager(s) are telling him. More

Great service. Like the new waiting room. But I really do like the old waiting room that would look like a movie theater that was more nicer for me. Add water snack Like the new waiting room. Jacob was excellent at communicating the details of the purchase. I was traveling from out of town and he was very flexible in arranging the transaction. Absolutely worst dealership around. Absolute snakes. They screwed me completely over. Would not recommend to anyone. The service here was terrible. The staff acted like you weren’t there half the time and when you did get their attention, they didn’t know enough to help you. I went in to have my car serviced and had to call FOUR TIMES before being able to talk to an actual person for an ETA on when my car would be done even though I was told they’d update me regularly. I’d go to the Hyundai dealership in Broken Arrow; never had a bad experience there. More
