Experience was fine (simple, no annoying time-wasting like some other dealerships) up until the last moment, when the dealership tried to slip in a bogus $1K charge, that had not been there on two previo like some other dealerships) up until the last moment, when the dealership tried to slip in a bogus $1K charge, that had not been there on two previous quotes for other trims, for an unwanted service/add-on, and the sales rep claimed that it was automatically put on all cars and not removable (obviously we did get it removed). That was very disappointing and left a bad taste after what was going to be a smooth pleasant transaction. We bought from this dealership only because the young man had spent time with us, but after that last-minute charge we regretted that we didn’t go back to our previous Hyundai dealer who was always super-honest and super-efficient. More
