The finance manager, Jaff Jafferi, repeatedly pushed add‑on products after multiple clear declines, used personal health stories to pressure the buyer, and was unable to explain the basic structure of the deal when asked. This is not the level of professionalism I expect when sending clients to a dealership. I’m not looking for compensation. I simply expect a clean, professional process for anyone I refer. Based on this experience, I will not be sending additional clients to this location as long as this individual is handling finance. Sales did their part. Finance did not. More
