I recently purchased a used vehicle from Nissan of Redlands. When I first came to the dealership I was approached by a salesman named Eric. I asked for the used vehicles but was pushed to buy a new ca Redlands. When I first came to the dealership I was approached by a salesman named Eric. I asked for the used vehicles but was pushed to buy a new car instead. After continuously asking to see the used lot Eric finally pulled up the used lot cars on his tablet and showed me the car I purchased. Of course the financing was rushed on me and ultimately I decided to come back the next day since it was almost 10pm. When I returned the next day I came with my down payment and was given no chance to negotiate my purchase. I also started working with a new salesman Daniel. He went straight into financing the car without discussing anything with me. I had already worked out the finances and the "manager" who I believe was named JD would not give me the original deal I had previously worked out less than 24 hours earlier. Sitting with finance was actually the best part Albert was extremely pleasant and helpful. When I finally got in the car I noticed the mats were removed. I asked Daniel if I could get the mats that came with the car he told me yes and to come back to get them when I picked up my other Nissan which was getting serviced. The next day as I drove my car I realized I wasn't able to use the ApplePlay feature. I had explained to both salesman that no ApplePlay was a deal breaker. I called multiple times and even showed up at the dealership and was given the run around. The car was advertised as having ApplePlay and all models like it had it as well. After two days of calling and being hung up on I finally was able to speak to JD and told him I simply wanted to get what I paid for. He agreed. When I finally picked up the car it had the ApplePlay and navigation chip it was missing. However, the mats inside looked as if they cost $4 or $1 dollar per mat. I wanted to complain but after all that I had went through I just took my loss and went home. If it wasn't for the excellent service I receive in the Service Department I would never do business with Nissan of Redlands again. More
