Purchasing a vehicle from McDonald Toyota in Fort Morgan was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experiences we've ever had. From start to finish, the entire process was easygoing and stress-free, thanks to the fantastic team they have in place. Tyler, our salesman, was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and provided detailed, evidence-backed information that helped us feel confident in our decisions. We were also impressed with the transparency shown by Travis, the sales manager. Rather than staying behind closed doors, he came out to sit down with us and work through the numbers directly. That level of openness really stood out and made us feel respected and involved. Richard, the director, checked in on us multiple times during our visit to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Jamie did an outstanding job securing a great low interest rate for us and walking us through the care plans. He made the financial side of things incredibly straightforward and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Even while we were waiting on paperwork, Brenton made sure we felt welcome and helped the time fly by. It was obvious that everyone at McDonald Toyota is committed to creating a friendly yet professional, and top-tier car buying experience. They didn’t let us know the price of the car. They worked on the loan information first. If they wanted to check our credit score for they could have. The full court press wasn’t appreciated! Also it was after hours. Let us come back the next day and go through the bank we had even if the interest rate was higher. Got the feeling that the dealership gets a percentage from the CCU. If this is the policy the company has I would recommend some changes. More

A modern purchasing experience with old-school professionalism and service. They reminded me of why I'm a Toyota owner for life- the pride and quality of the product they represent. Purchased a 2025 4Runner Limited Hybrid on 5/13/25. Had numerous issues driving the 135 miles home from dealership. Checked tires & they were over inflated by 7 PSI on each tire. Deflated tires to 33 P Had numerous issues driving the 135 miles home from dealership. Checked tires & they were over inflated by 7 PSI on each tire. Deflated tires to 33 PSI per the door thru the week & it didn’t seem to help. On 5/21 took vehicle to Discount Tire to have tire pressures & tire condition checked out. The Pre Delivery Inspection form was blank & obvious nobody reported shaking of the vehicle. I called Service Dept Mgr on 5/22 & I had to leave a message & he never returned phone calls. Was told by Sales Mgr that someone from the Service Dept had done a full PDI & test drive but didn’t have any problems & didn’t fill out the PDI form. Was told to take back to dealership to have them check issues or take to another dealership. Corwin Toyota did test drive & then a full inspection on on 5/23. Found that all 4 tires were out of balance, 1 was actually .75 out of balance & the other 3 were .25. Driving over 55 mph on the highway with these tires so far out of balance could have resulted in a wreck. More
