Kenny Ross to the rescue - again ! I could not get the rear gate to open or close on my Forester and alarm kept ringing ! Took into the KR drive thru without an appointment, etc, ex I could not get the rear gate to open or close on my Forester and alarm kept ringing ! Took into the KR drive thru without an appointment, etc, explained the problem, and Sherry and Jake took care of me on the spot and the door works and the alarm has stopped. Showed me how to quickly fix if it ever happens again. Then Sherry reminded me that my inspection had expired months ago and set me up for an inspection the very next day. Service is the reason I keep going back to KR for my cars. More

Jake was pleasant to work with. The dealership is incredibly expensive without fixing the problems - I expected more. It was extremely disappointing to be told if the problem reoccu The dealership is incredibly expensive without fixing the problems - I expected more. It was extremely disappointing to be told if the problem reoccurs to return and it would be looked into further. I’m not sure why though- the problem has reoccurred numerous times, that’s why I brought it in and if it couldn’t be fixed the first time-why bring it back to be charged again. They did offer a free car wash which was nice. More

This is a well run organization with a customer friendly approach and attitude. I have always been impressed by the helpful staff of every Kenny Ross department. They have all assisted me along the way sin approach and attitude. I have always been impressed by the helpful staff of every Kenny Ross department. They have all assisted me along the way since I bought my Cross trek 5 years ago last month. Certainly a 'home run' vehicle for Subaru and demonstrates the benefits of incremental improvements in design and engineering over time. More

The folks in the service department at Kenny Ross Subaru are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under my warranty. They repaired my jeep no questions asked. And did not charge me for the work nor the part. What a great group of folks.. They really know how to take care of their customers. . If you're looking for used or new go see those guys! More
