Jake was able to acquire the car and deliver it to me at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I found Jake to be very friendly and up front about the whole process. He expertly guided me through the entire purchase process from the test drives of various Subaru models, to the identification of the best model to meet my needs, to the actual purchase of the car. He spent a significant amount of time patiently teaching me about all the important details needed to operate and maintain the car. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the purchase process and particularly with the car I drove off the lot. More

When I arrived to inspect the vehicle and determine whether it was a good fit for me, Jake was really polite, he showed me the vehicle and answered all of my concerns. It was worth the drive to MetroWest Subaru because I did not have the same experience at a nearby dealer. Because it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, I was anxious and afraid of the decision, making such a major purchase and fear of not getting overcharged. I believed that working with someone who was kind, welcoming and positive would make the whole thing more fun. You also want someone who will be as straightforward and truthful as possible. Jake's assistance, honesty, and openness made this aspect of the process go more smoothly. He also made some of the tedious tasks go faster by chatting with me.
