I was told by my salesman would locate the second key and key fob for my new vehicle. That was five days ago. Still haven't seen the key or heard a word from the salesman about it. Drove the car off the lot key fob for my new vehicle. That was five days ago. Still haven't seen the key or heard a word from the salesman about it. Drove the car off the lot and the only thing I have heard from him was a text asking me to rate my experience on this site. A person would think if they spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle they would get two keys and that the salesman would follow through with what they said they would do. More

Jake was very helpful during my experience. He kept me informed on what was going on with my car. They are even helping me out by delivering my car to my house.
