I had a very pleasant and positive experience with Norms, this was my second experience in 4 years when I bought CRV. before. Staff was cordial, helpful and polite, sales person was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, very eager to make a sale at the same time was very thoughtful of my needs and requirements.definitely recommend Norms to everyone.
