We quickly agreed on a purchase price and trade in value. No CarFax was provided initially. No financing needed, but we did purchase a warranty. Made appt to pick up the car and had to wait for it to be ready late on a Friday. Would have been better to deliver the car inside instead of out in the rain. Registration and inspection process took 3 business days after purchase to complete, and took multiple follow calls and texts. In summary, while not terrible, the experience was lacking. More
