Hello Mr. Calihan, It's interesting that you are asking me to bring the above matter to your attention when you know very well about the situation and was the one who tried to gaslight me in order to make me feel that I did something wrong! It's one thing to replace the wrong brakes in my car and it's another thing to act like you do not know about the issue! You know my contact information because you contacted me via email several times and you called my phone several times just to accuse me of having an ulterior motive in bringing my issue to your attention! I have copies of your emails and I have copies of your calls! Stop trying to deceive the readers on Dealer Rater in order to make them think that you as a general manager has genuine concern when your incompetent service people drop the ball on easy and routine repairs which in my case is replacing the rear brakes when I requested that front brakes be repaired! In addition to replacing rear brakes when I asked for the replacement of front brakes, me having to come back to the dealer and wait for almost five hours for your service people to check my brakes and failing to fix the issue made matters worse! This lead me to believe that it was not a simple error on the part of the mechanic fixing my brakes, it was incompetence! Finally, I was promised a loaner car when I returned to have my brakes checked and I never got the loaner car, hence me having to wait almost five hours at your dealer! Your response is truly truly shameful and you should be embarrassed of yourself Mr. Calihan!
