My advice is to go elsewhere. Dealership doesn't give a crap about customers. Overheard 2 salespeople making fun of another customer, and how they "low balled" him. Laughed abo More

I did email Mr. Dougherty. Haven't heard back yet. 1st salesperson never responded. 2nd salesperson couldn't be bothered, when my search got too "involved". 3rd salesperson was too busy, because I was waiting on my preapproved chk from PSECU. And shoved me back onto the 2nd salesperson. I would've been a half hr later, than my scheduled appt time. (Also, 1st and 2nd, were the 2 making fun of the other customer.) They lost the sale of 3 vehicles that I bought elsewhere, because they just couldn't be bothered. And their "managers" only response, was to say she'd remove me from the system. Oh and this was a teaching moment, they'd use this feedback to improve. Don't need to be there in person to smell that pile of bull...
