We were extremely annoyed, THE DAY AFTER WE BOUGHT OUR TRUCK to be told by the dealership in Sterling, where we have purchased vehicles for the last 20 years, that they were unable to work on the make and TRUCK to be told by the dealership in Sterling, where we have purchased vehicles for the last 20 years, that they were unable to work on the make and model we bought because they didn't have the expertise and that we would have to take it to either the quad cities or Rockford. We chose Rockford and are ever so grateful that we did. We have dealt with them several times and want everyone to know that Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall is the gold standard of dealerships and have set the bar so high in their area of service that no other "car lot" in our areas could match it. They treated us as valuable customers from the very beginning. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Even though our newest vehicle was not purchased from them they went above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and make the trip.
