I drove up from Tucson after seeing a car I wanted online. They did not try to up sell me or try to talk me into anything I didn't want. The price was the price and it only changed due to my wants a online. They did not try to up sell me or try to talk me into anything I didn't want. First off We arrived with an appointment at 6:30 to see a Tesla. The person I had an appointment with left for the day so I was handed off to him. He never shook our hand or introduced himself.
