HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I was greeted by some guy who was wearing street clothes and left me sitting in my car as he and several other attendants sat chit-chatting. I have n I was greeted by some guy who was wearing street clothes and left me sitting in my car as he and several other attendants sat chit-chatting. I have no idea if he is an employee or not. But he was kind enough to tell me that an advisor would soon help me. 10 minutes after the greeting. ..an advisor showed up. All I wanted was an oil change. There were 4 people chatting with the unidentified guy as I waited. Why couldn't they help me? They could have chatted in the back where it wouldn't appear that they were ignoring customers. There was only person in that service bay who seemed interested in customer service. Thank you Misty for helping me when no one else would!! The other advisors were out getting breakfast as my completed car waited for 45 minutes on the ramp ready to go. I would have waited longer had I not spoken up and insisted that someone give me my keys and bill so I could leave. I am thankful to Misty for helping me. The other advisors eventually pulled up with food bags in hand halfway thru Misty checking me out. Anywho, I will be joining with a few friends of mine to inform people of the horrible service we have all received from Clay Cooley Jeep Service Department. I should have paid attention to my friends warnings about the horrible service offered at Clay Cooley. I won't return and will be letting everyone else know about that dealership as well. I'll try Grapevine Jeep next time I need an oil change. Prayerfully, they're better More
