First, and foremost, under James's new leadership in the service department at Clay Cooley Chrysler Dodged Jeep Ram, the Irving location things are looking brighter with a new meaning to “customer satisfact service department at Clay Cooley Chrysler Dodged Jeep Ram, the Irving location things are looking brighter with a new meaning to “customer satisfaction”. He has a clam, efficient and professional demeanor when paperwork on your vehicle crosses his desk. When I first met him, I had some serious issues with this location regarding remaining a loyal customer. James definitely went the extra mile and handled every problem that almost seemed impossible to get my Jeep out the shop and back on the road. His staff is doing a fantastic job in complimenting his style and expectation of customer’s satisfaction, and I might add that I feel i could be at SEWELL!!!! while I wait in the lobby!!!!! Thank you James and AJ for giving your customer a great experience and peace of mind 🫶🏾 More

They don’t know how to program the key. Waste my time told me to go tow my car to get the Killswitch taken off.
