The service was mediocre for a dealership. Felt like the service agent was not interested in my patronage. The scheduling agent was friendly. When my service was completed, I drove home and realized that the service tech did not fully finish putting my protective plates back how he found them and they were hanging down and scraping the ground. Had to drive back to the dealership and wait longer for them to put them back on properly. More

I was very disappointed. Ford decided they were going to conduct a state inspection on my vehicle without asking me. And I was charged a fee for it failing.
