Absolutely horrible customer service. They lie so much its sickening. Do not buy a car from here! The never sent the proper paperwork for my car to be registered out of state. Since my father isn’t technology savvy this is his Jeep 2020 Review: I(Winston Hall Jr) purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from Winners Circle in February this year. Although this is a New Dealership I found 2020 Review: I(Winston Hall Jr) purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from Winners Circle in February this year. Although this is a New Dealership I found the staff very friendly and attentive. James Hood greeted my family and I when we arrived and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I got an excellent deal, although at that time I couldn't get a 0% finance rate like I wanted. Wesley Robinson checked in after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied and that I received my tags since they were mailed. Working with Jarryd Carver and his staff was a pleasure and I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle with confidence that you made the right decision. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and assertive especially an African American middle aged women who showed us were all the snacks were in the dealership. She’s a great asset to the staff and made my wife and daughter laugh and kept them entertained while I was in the finance office. They lie about their car inspections I bought a car from them and they claimed their own people looked over the car and fixed some things to make it pass inspection. It had bad motor moun I bought a car from them and they claimed their own people looked over the car and fixed some things to make it pass inspection. It had bad motor mounts, bad breaks, bad struts, a bad battery, bad tpms, bad coil packs and a bad transmission. Some of these things need to be fixed in order to pass inspection. The seller also told me that the car was in a small collision but that that did not affect the value of the car which is a total lie. The owner doesnt care about the cars as long as he gets his money out of you. Do not go here! Go buy a car from Priority Honda! Trust me they sell reliable cars there! More
