James was great and Gary is a good communicator. I emailed Noelee for copy’s of my dealership warranty for door dings and my certified extended warranty. I drove down from Sherman, Tx to purchase I emailed Noelee for copy’s of my dealership warranty for door dings and my certified extended warranty. I drove down from Sherman, Tx to purchase this truck and because we are care givers for my elderly mother in law I had to get back home. I emailed Noelee and she said that she would get the financial department to email those to me. That didn’t happen so I did a follow up email with no results. I have since called twice to Noelee and was told she would return my call yesterday but she has not. All I want is know what is and isn’t covered on my vehicle. The reason I contacted Noelee is because she has sent me emails telling me if I had any questions or problems contact her and she would like referrals. James, Noelee, and TJ were fantastic to work with. We had a long drive to get to the dealership and arrived less than 10 minutes before closing. James followed up with me the following morning to make sure everything was good to go with our drive back and the vehicle. Best car buying experience we’ve had.
