For this car, there is a big learning curve. His assistance was really valuable. He took my contact information, and then he left it up to me to contact him on my own time. I appreciated the lack of pushiness often experienced in a car dealership. I contacted James when I was ready to move forward and he special ordered my car. It arrived this wee was on k. James was on top of every part of the process of buying the new car, including the transfer of vanity plates, and trading in two older cars.
