Great service, friendly atmosphere, clean lounge & bathroom, service time didn’t take long at all, the hot cocoa was great and exceptional Kia employees!! just wish there were snacks in the lounge lik bathroom, service time didn’t take long at all, the hot cocoa was great and exceptional Kia employees!! just wish there were snacks in the lounge like last time!! Oh plus a weird thing my radio’s preset channels changed to random music stations! More

Unexpected high quality service My 19 y/o son saved for 1.5 yrs to buy a car and it was a 2011 Kia Optima. We bought it the beginning of December 2019 and the engine threw a rod jus My 19 y/o son saved for 1.5 yrs to buy a car and it was a 2011 Kia Optima. We bought it the beginning of December 2019 and the engine threw a rod just two months later. We were so upset that the engine was dead. Well we had it towed to Kia to ask what can be done. Well turns out there was a recall for this car that the previous owner took in to be fixed in Sept 2019 and apparently the fix did not work. Without question Kia stated they would replace the engine with a new one. I was shocked that they covered this for a 9 y/o car. Jimmy at the service center was amazing. Jimmy was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, called me to update me, and took care of all my needs. I had a negative attitude towards dealerships, but Jimmy and Kia has gone above and beyond to show me they truly care. I recommend them to anyone. More
