I was satisfied with service, just not the price. When I schedule online for the service, my oil change show no cost and 49.95 for the tire rotation and balance. When my service was completed, I was charge schedule online for the service, my oil change show no cost and 49.95 for the tire rotation and balance. When my service was completed, I was charged for the oil change and told that the online amt had expired. More

They did not know my Nissan Armada wouldn't let me bluetooth music..someone should have known enough to tell me..Over 1500 dollars wasted..I called for days to and spoke to several different people in bluetooth music..someone should have known enough to tell me..Over 1500 dollars wasted..I called for days to and spoke to several different people in several departments about how my bluetooth wasn't working and I would like to be able to Bluetooth my music from my phone to me radio... you would think with the amount of people I spoke with from all those departments and me constantly saying my objective is so I can bluetooth my music through my radio that someone would have had the knowledge that my particular year armada can only bluetooth phone calls and not music...I DONT CARE ABOUT THE PHONE CALLS!!..I wasted 1500 dollars just so they called fix a bluetooth for me to be able to make phone calls through my radio..i could have went to a custom car shop and had then put a custom deck in for alot cheaper that did that and navigation and a whole lot more fit a whole lot cheaper..I called them back to ask why nobody ever caught this while they were working on my vehicle cause I was clear with my bluetooth intentions and nobody had an explanation as to why noone caught this..because it was written down as to what I wanted when I left the vehicle... they said they can't do anything about it and their sorry..well in this day and time 1500 isn't something you just go around wasting...I can't begin to make whoever reading this understand the level of anger I got as I type this!!!! More

The free oil change for life was the best deal I've ever got from a car dealership. It's sometimes a pain in the neck trying to get scheduled for one but being that they're free makes it worth the while. B got from a car dealership.
