I went to them looking to trade in my SUV for a new car or lease. I met James Smith at that time and was very pleased with his service, knowledge and advise. I leased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Over the last two years I continued to have my new vehicle service at 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Their Service department was excellent. Always friendly and willing to assist. Because of my experience with James Smith and the Service department, I returned to them for the purchase or lease of a new truck this week. My lease was going to be up in 10 months but due to mileage I felt I should address this now. James was excellent in going over options with a new or leased Jeep. Based on those and through the course of our converstion I discuss my love for a truck. James went through the options of a new or leased truck. The selection was excellent and they had a truck with all my wants on the lot. We made the deal. In addition to this James as assisted me with accessories for the truck and the process of installation and delivery of the truck. My experience was great. I could not ask for a better team to work with in the car buying / lease process. I would highly recommend James Smith and the 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge team to all of my friends and family. Within about 20 min I had the car I wanted picked out and about 20 min after that I had a deal in front of me I couldn't pass up. James and the team did an outstanding job and I was so impressed I referred a friend who also purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee there 3 days later. I'd definitely go back and would recommend others to as well. More

By far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Did some research on the 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude I wanted to purchase and submitted a request for further information, I received a r ever had!!! Did some research on the 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude I wanted to purchase and submitted a request for further information, I received a response back almost immediately from James, who answered most all of my questions before even arriving at the dealership. After receiving the answers to my questions and assurance from James that the vehicle I wanted was in stock and the price range I needed to be in, I made arrangements to meet with him by the weeks end to talk further. When I arrived at the dealership on Friday morning @ 10 am, the Jeep I had interest in, was already warmed up and waiting at the building entrance, and I was greeted by James almost immediately of arriving. Very pleased to have worked with James on this deal, he was very patient and understanding of my budget and needs and gave full effort to getting the exact price point that I could afford without all the excess stress and intimidation I have experienced in many other car buying experiences. The whole "sign and drive" from arrival at the dealership to the final signatures before delivery was under 2 hrs (especially with only 2 trips into the finance dept to get to the exact price point we needed to be at) and full delivery of my new Jeep was completed by the end of the same day with everything handled directly on there end from start to finish!!! Being a single mother, and being overdue for a new vehicle, it was not a task that I was looking forward to due to numerous unpleasant vehicle purchases in my past....but thankfully in working with James and 495 Jeep, they proved me wrong and got me into the exact vehicle I wanted (with all the options I wanted & then some) and in the exact price range for my budget and eliminated all the nonsense that "usually" goes along with the process. And even after delivery of the vehicle, I have had contact with James to make sure that I did not have any further questions on my purchase and that everything was satisfactory with my new Jeep. He also took the time to remember both my mothers and daughters name and was very courteous to them both as well, during our visit to the dealership. Couldn't be more happier with my experience at 495 Jeep and definitely look forward to working with both James and 495 Jeep again at lease end. Thanks so much to James & 495 Jeep....you have made me one very happy and satisfied customer!!!!! More

Went in Thursday night, slept on it for a day and was back at the dealership 9am Saturday morning, on the road in my new Jeep by noon. The experience front start to finish was flawless. James was a pleasure to deal with along with Phil. Shah was the man when it came to getting my financing set up. I didn't feel pressured, I explained what I wanted and they made sure that I got exactly that. When it came to price, they were by far and away the best. They gave me their best number which I took to other dealers and no one could touch it. Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone. More

It began with a simple email requesting information about a certain vehicle I was researching. I was met with an almost immediate response answering my specific question and afterward a personal invitation t a certain vehicle I was researching. I was met with an almost immediate response answering my specific question and afterward a personal invitation to the site to look at it. Other dealerships I had contacted via email seemed to avoid the inquiries and responded with vagaries and evasions and requests instead to talk by phone which aroused suspicion. Why didn't they just answer my question? James Smith was my sales rep and had me fairly well hooked from the beginning before I had even met him. He was patient and attentive when myself and my wife arrived and the vehicle was ready and waiting for the test drive. He was very relaxed and pleasant during the entire process from the examination to the conclusion, no pushiness whatever. We were treated like guests of honor, everyone was polite and helpful. Though I didn't receive the requested value of trade the offer was acceptable, and the purchase price was very competitive. The condition of the vehicle was very good, reconditioned with new tires, fluids, lube, detailing, etc. I found one minor but worrisome cosmetic issue and it was resolved promptly before the handover. An arrangement of rendezvous was made for delivery, since I live in NH, and the vehicle was brought right to my town hall for the transfer where the deal was concluded, on time with no hassle. I can't attest to the service dept or post-purchase treatment yet but hopefully this won't be necessary. Overall it was a great experience and I will deal with them again in the future when I hope to finally purchase my first brand new vehicle. More
