I've purchased and owned cars for nearly 45 years and this is the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with in my life. After purchasing a brand new 2019 RDX, we recently had issues with it at 70k miles. U this is the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with in my life. After purchasing a brand new 2019 RDX, we recently had issues with it at 70k miles. Upon calling and telling Norris, we were given the run around since the 1st call. After leaving multiple message requesting a return call, here we are two weeks out and not a single follow-up. What a horrible business. Good luck if you have issues after a purchase. That said, we contacted Rosenthal Acura and they've been nothing but incredible with helping us. Avoid Acura of Ellicott City at all costs. More

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would do that! I've contacted them 4 times to set up an appt for service and was never able to get anyone in the service department on the phone. I even left a mes I've contacted them 4 times to set up an appt for service and was never able to get anyone in the service department on the phone. I even left a message with the Service Dept manager but to no avail. I even called the New Sales Department where I got someone on the phone immediately only to be transferred back to the Service Dept so the I was given yet another opportunity to leave yet another message. Frustrating and pitiful service! My car is great but the dealership support is woefully lacking!! More

I was there getting a routine maintenance ( oil change, tire rotation etc) done. I told James that I be hearing a popping noise in the speaker of my suv he told me it takes like 3 hours to fix but, he woul tire rotation etc) done. Anytime I have a concern he will definitely put my mind at ease.I live in Baltimore city and I’m sure it’s a Acura Dealership closer to me. But when you have a great service advisor like James you would travel knowing your vehicle is in good hands. More

Ji Kim, Riley and Paul all have been AMAZING! I cannot thank them enough for such a pleasant, kind, warm experience. I admire and appreciate the PASSION they have for the work/help they do for their customers. I was literally in and out and walked out with my car I have been eyeing on for a month now lol... This is my second car I got from Norris Ellicott City Acura and I will also CONTINUE to refer them/their team to friends and family. I have also been going to Norris Acura for all my services/maintenance and I can genuinely say, I TRUST them. I have had so many experiences with difference dealerships/car sales consultants that were always pushy or I would get a "vibe" that they just wanted a "sale." However, on the other hand, Ji, Riley, Paul + their Norris team made me feel like their own family and were honest and did not feel like they were just trying to get a sale. I love my Acura Integra 2024 and I cannot thank your team enough!! I owe you guys a catering meal soon!!!! :-) Liz More
