Terrible service experience from start to finish. Had an 8:30am appointment that I made via phone. When I arrived, the techs seemed surprised and said they didn’t open until 9. No accountability to be found. Everyone passing the buck and blaming their call center. Website says service hours are 8-5 on Saturday. GM suggested my best bet would be to contact him directly next time to make a service appointment. Not exactly a ringing endorsement of the current process they got going on over there. Two hours for an oil change. Tony from the call center said I should expect 60 minutes. More

Had a repair done on my Maserati that involved a small leak discovered during my yearly inspection. I was able to drop my car off the night before and was given a vehicle to drive home. My vehicle was ready the next day and when I picked it up it was sparkling clean. The windows were even spotless. A great dealership with a wonderful staff who goes the extra mile to accommodate.
