They said 2-3 weeks it took 5 weeks for them to diagnose it and 7 weeks to “FIX” it, When they called and told me it was ready I paid and got the key and when I got off I went pick it up. Check engine light it and 7 weeks to “FIX” it, When they called and told me it was ready I paid and got the key and when I got off I went pick it up. Check engine light was still on that was Saturday. I brought it back Monday morning and the 3 codes that they pulled up was 3 of the same codes it had when I brought it to them 7 weeks earlier. So apparently they don’t test drive or test anything when they do a repair . I mean the check engine light was still on when I got in it so that speaks to the quality of there service department. Apparently what everyone around here said is true about this dealership. After this I’ll be sure to take my truck to Andrews like all the hotshot drivers said I should have done. But beings I already paid for the repair that wasn’t completed there going to fix my truck correctly. And when they call me to go pick it up this time it better be FIXED. Or I’ll go in there and act a fool!!!! I’ll go to the GM! I have never had an experience like this at any of my local dealerships. I understand this is a big city. But really the truck still had the check engine light on and still had the same codes xxx! I’m not impressed!! The staff is nice and courteous that’s the best I can say that they have going for them. More

If I could give a zero star review I would.
