We set up a time to meet and get the ball rolling on our new car. He was scheduled with others, when we could make it in, so he had another salesman (Chad)help us out with test driving, picking colors,and all the paperwork process. He was helpful with all our questions and concerns. He is a very pleasant salesman, who I feel was, looking out for our best interests. He was not pushing us into a sale but he was there to help us through the ordeal of buying a new car. "Thank You Chad" Then there was the high spirited,fun loving "Jamie" in Business finance dept. She is the end of the journey in car sales. What laughs we had, we will always remember you and hope to see you when we return to get our options installed. I would also like to thank the General Manager for taking time to come out and help us with some concerns we had. I'm sorry for not remembering your name(Neil ?). Enjoyed Craig's attempt to show me and my son the workings of the DVD player! Craig was so helpful in "cleaning" out my vehicle after a snow mishap - thank you, Craig! I do have to say that I'm missing the power of 4-wheel drive on my previous SUV - especially during this latest snowfall. Thank you, staff, for helping me adjust to all the new gadgets on the Quest! We visited in order to purchase a new car after our old car needed an expensive repair. We were rushed to buy because of our old car but had done our research and knew what we wanted. We were able to test drive the car model we wanted and the sales rep skipped talking about basic stuff that we already knew. However, he could answer any question and knew all of the features. It was low pressure and pleasant. After driving the competition, we preferred the Nissan, but only for the right price. When we returned, we had a child in tow and didn't have all day to haggle. I made what I felt was a fair offer for a popular model, and it was accepted on the spot. All of the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. More

My wife and I changed our minds three times!! Not once did any of these professionals bat an eye... They simply responded with "we just want to make sure you're happy Mike"... Even at their expense of shi did any of these professionals bat an eye... They simply responded with "we just want to make sure you're happy Mike"...
