The car I ended choosing was perfect, I am incredibly happy with the whole experience. If it were not due to the amazing help of the GM & Sales, this could not have happened. My father took his new VW for a service special that they advertised for installation of accessories . When he got there the receptionist was unable to find his paper work, then quoted him a higher price for the installation. Finally after some back and fourth she finally checked the website and would “honor” the web price . The horror story didn’t end there . The mudflap installation took 4 hours. Now we are all familiar with where the mudflaps are located; it’s in the wheel well. Well for some reason the techs thought it was needed to go into the trunk and rifle through my fathers stuff. When we got the car back, the first aid kit had been gone through, the cargo net was disconnected , and overall a mess . Why would you need to go into the trunk for a mudflap installation? Oh and btw this took 4 hours . It’s a good thing we waited so they didn’t joy ride in the car . Overall a very terrible experience . One would think that for servicing a brand new car valued at over 40k they’d do a good job. But they are sneaky and can’t be trusted . STAY FAR AWAY. Zero stars awarded if that’s possible . More
