Our first TDI was an '06 Jetta, and we currently have 2 Passats. Matt helped us purchase our latest Passat and was great! It was refreshing to see how caring and professional everyone was at the dealership. We were one of the final customers of the day and everyone stayed after hours for us! Wow! Vorderman is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I buy Volkswagens because the sale at Vorderman's is honest with no gimmicks, and the service after the sale is stellar. All of the staff that we have worked with have been outstanding, they listen, keep us informed of progress, and get the job done right the first time. VW's are great cars, but it's the follow-through from the dealership that keeps me coming back. A special comment about Ron Blum is Sales - in my 50 years of car buying, he's the only car salesman I've ever trusted. And to Chad Probst and his crew in the service and parts department - they do it right the first time. More
