In good conscience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Vehicle issues ignored, or not even processed. Service Manager makes excuses by saying that someone is new. So, training and retention sound as if it's a problem. Yet the worst part of all, is when the Service Manager divulged my personal/private information to a third-party person without my knowledge or consent. This violates my business/customer trust, which plays a vital role for how I choose a company. More
