I made an appointment with Jamyl the day before, but when I arrived at the dealership, he was assisting someone else and did not appear prepared for our visit. I expected the car we had discussed to be pulled up and ready, but that was not the case. After another salesperson noticed our frustration, we were introduced to Aquiles, who was fantastic. He brought the car around, walked us through everything, and helped get the deal to the finish line. The sales management team at Brandon Honda was generally fine, although there was some confusion regarding the advertised price of the vehicle versus the additional fees. The process also took much longer than expected, especially waiting to meet with finance. After several hours, however, we were finally able to leave in our new car. Overall, Aquiles was the highlight of the experience and did an excellent job. More
