Traditionally I Find buying cars an unhappy experience as often I feel pressured into buying a car than being allowed to take my time and choose the car I want.

At Toyota of the Black Hills however we were fortunate to come across one of the sales team called Janusz Walczak. Janusz was welcoming, informative, accurate and always paced the information just right so we felt he was helping us to buy our vehicle rather than making us feel we were having one pushed upon us. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable, how many car sales people can you say that about?
