Something happened to my appointment I made online (who knows?) so when the appointed time came and went, I was concerned. Right away Dennis, the service manager, called me and told me they would do it the very next day. The service dept. got my Cadillac ready in less than 3 hours - and everything works great! I highly recommend the service dept. at Sullivan Cadillac! More
