Logan did a great job keeping us up to date on a vehicle we were hoping to purchase. He had it ready for us when we arrived and took the time to learn all the features of a vehicle that isn't typically on we were hoping to purchase. 10/10 Experience at RTC! Archie was a shining light that guided me through this whole process, I was shopping for a new EV for two years and couldn't get my hand on the right Archie was a shining light that guided me through this whole process, I was shopping for a new EV for two years and couldn't get my hand on the right one for the right price. No worries, Archie the EV Specialist at my local Chevrolet store had more answers then I had questions. He was able to locate a vehicle that worked perfectly for my needs, and even got me a discount so I could get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, even though it had one package I didn't need he wrote off the price so I got it for free! I could not be happier with my experience here, it took 2 months but Archie kept me updated waiting on my Bolt with funny videos and a few phone calls checking in on me. I was elated the day my phone buzzed with a video of Archie showing my car ready for delivery. He had done most of the work ahead of time, so when I went in with my financing secured and exact payment figured out before hand so I was straight into signing papers. He setup my phone app to unlock my car through my phone like a Tesla. Jaron in finance was super knowledge and efficient, and manager Andrew is always a joy to talk with. Thank you all!~ More

Great service from beginning to end. John was no bull, straight up, personable and accomodating to my needs and wants. I told John what I wanted, the payment range I was looking for an John was no bull, straight up, personable and accomodating to my needs and wants. I told John what I wanted, the payment range I was looking for and he made it happen. Never once did he upsell me, skirt around, or pressure me into finalizing any deal - it was all on MY time. In the downtime while waiting for finance department to write up the paperwork, he was pleasant to talk with about anything from cars, life, God, country. One of the best salesmen I've worked with.
