Jarred was great. Appreciate him coming in on his day off. However, the car was not filled with gas as I asked, and would have expected. No tire shine on tires. After I returned home, I found a large scratch behind the passenger side rear door. Also, there was a large scrape on the passenger front fender/bumper which I did not see.(That is on me for not looking at the car closer.) I would expect better from a Cadillac dealer. More

Nice business to work with. My salesman was the same person that sold me my first caddi in 2003. They did a big favor for me which was greatly appreciated. Maintenance took care of my new car concerns as best he could. I will drive it a little longer as suggested and return anytime if necessary. All staff is very friendly. More

Had the best experience at this dealership. Our product specialist Matt was fantastic to work with as well as Grace in finance. The process was seamless. Jared was the person who sold me the car and was very responsive with my questions. I left feeling like I got a good deal. When I was having a problem with my rear view mirror, he took me to see Katie an responsive with my questions. I left feeling like I got a good deal. When I was having a problem with my rear view mirror, he took me to see Katie and we made an appointment for them to look at it. They decided I needed a new mirror. When it came in, she called me and we made an appointment to have the mirror installed. It only took an hour and we were on our way! Everyone there had been treating us so well! More

I was very disappointed as a new purchaser at Cole Valley Cadillac, to be told that an appointment would be take 30 minutes to complete and took over two hours. Had I been told this, I would not have stayed Cadillac, to be told that an appointment would be take 30 minutes to complete and took over two hours. Had I been told this, I would not have stayed because I had plans that evening and it put me in a very uncomfortable position. I sat in the waiting room and watched at least six people come in and out while I sat there. I was the last one to leave. When I asked to talk to the manager, I waited and someone else came out because she was so busy and I told him about my disappointment. Not a great first service experience.. More
